Dr. Massimo Testa, a renowned doctor at the UC Davis Sports Performance Center, gave the club some advice for Winter training at the General Club Meeting on Sept 22, 2005. He presented several Circuit Strength Training exercises, and they are presented below.


Remember: No physical activity should be attempted without prior physician approval. It is the responsibility of each individual to insure their suitability to participate in any exercise activity.
