Membership Application Form

Thanks for your interest in the Sacramento Wheelmen. Your membership is important to us.

Be sure to participate in a club ride. It provides an excellent opportunity to meet your fellow club members. We also welcome you to help out with club activities.

Membership fees for individuals are $15 for one year, $30 for two years, and $45 for three years.

Family membership fees are $20, $40, and $60 for one, two, and three years, respectively.

To become a member:

1. Print the Membership Application Form. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form.
   
   
2. Complete and sign the form.
   
   
3. Send the form with a check payable to SACRAMENTO WHEELMEN to:
